About CrochetCrochet

My love of crochet started from sitting helping my gran unravel wool for her to make granny square blankets with her wooden crochet hook. I did not actually learn to crochet myself until I was in my teens, I was simply bored one day and decided to have a go. Having watched both my gran and my mum crocheting, I managed to produce a raggy looking square shape which became my horses nose polishing cloth. I was hooked. Over the last forty years I've managed to refine my skills from granny squares to intricate pieces of clothing and  yet still find crochet my go to activity to relax and get creative. Passing on the skill gives me great pleasure inspiring me to try new projects and ideas.
